If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" dice.Trim and thinly slice green onions.Place whole garlic cloves and 1 tsp. olive oil on a piece of foil and form a foil pouch around garlic.Pat trout dry and season flesh side with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
2 Roast the Green Beans and Garlic
Place green beans on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into an even layer.
Place garlic pouch in a corner of baking sheet.Roast in hot oven until green beans are tender and garlic is golden-brown, 15-18 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Remove garlic pouch from sheet and set aside to cool. Stir softened butter into green beans until combined.While green beans and garlic roast, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Trout
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add trout, skin-side up, to hot pan. Cook until trout reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While trout cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Make the Bruschetta
In a mixing bowl, combine half the chimichurri seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce), tomatoes, and green onions. Set aside.

5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Once cool enough to handle, place roasted garlic in another mixing bowl. Mash into a paste with a fork.
Add remaining chimichurri seasoning, half the red pepper flakes (to taste; remaining are yours to use as you please!), 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and 2 tsp. water. Stir to combine and set aside.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping trout with sauce (to taste). Garnish green beans with bruschetta. Bon appétit!
