Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Cook the Noodles
Once water is boiling, add noodlesto pot and cook until al dente, 10-12 minutes. Drain noodles in a colander and set aside. While noodles cook, prepare ingredients.

2 Prepare the Ingredients
Stem, seed, and slice red bell pepper into 1/4" strips. Remove strings from sugar snap peas, if necessary. Trim and cut white portions of green onion into 1" lengths. Cut green portions into thin slices on an angle.

3 Sear the Steak
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1tsp. olive oil. Add steak strips into hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 1-2 minutes. Transfer steak strips to a plate. Steak will finish cooking in a later step. Wipe pan clean and reserve.

4 Cook the Vegetables
Return pan used to sear steak to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. And sugar snap peas, red bell pepper, and white portions of green onions to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender, 3-4 minutes.

5 Finish the Dish
Stir steak strips, noodles, teriyaki, and Sriracha (to taste) into vegetables and stir constantly, 1-2 minutes. Place stir-fry on a plate and garnish with green portions of green onions.
