Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Place green beans in pan and push to one side. Place slaw mix on empty side of tray. Top dish with seasoned salt blend. -
Make The Meatloaf
Combine ground beef, crackers, ketchup, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper on a clean cutting board. Form into two equally-sized loaves.
Place loaves on top of slaw mix.If using ground pork or ground turkey, follow same instructions. -
Bake The Dish
Top loaves with swiss cheese.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 28-30 minutes.If using ground pork, follow same instructions. If using ground turkey, follow same instructions, baking uncovered until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Transfer loaves to a plate.Stir in Russian dressing and vinegar until completely combined. Top loaves with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
