If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, red bell peppers, buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Push to one side. -
Add the Meatloaves
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine marinara, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt. Microwave until melted and heated through, 30-45 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Finely crush crackers.Thoroughly combine ground pork, crushed crackers, and half the garlic salt (remaining is yours to use as you please!) in a mixing bowl.Form pork mixture into two evenly-sized loaves and place in empty side of tray. Top loaves with sauce. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer loaves to a plate and rest, 3 minutes.To serve, top meatloaf with sauce from tray. Stir butter into vegetables until melted. Bon appétit!
