Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start the Vegetables
Trim green beans, if necessary. Break in half.
Drain potatoes and pat dry.Combine green beans, potatoes, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in one provided tray. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 20 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Meatballs and Potatoes
Finely crush crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, crushed crackers, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form mixture into 12 evenly-sized meatballs and place in second provided tray.After 20 minutes, carefully remove vegetable tray from oven. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt and top with cheese. -
Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine fig spread, mustard, and 2 tsp. water in another mixing bowl. Set aside.Carefully remove trays from oven.To serve, top meatballs with fig-mustard sauce and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
