Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds.Remove rice from packaging. Place edamame and 1/2 tsp. olive oil in one section of provided tray. Microwave uncovered, 2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Drain pulled pork and separate pork into pieces. In section of tray with edamame, combine garlic sesame sauce, BBQ sauce, and pulled pork. In empty section of tray, combine rice, miso, 2 Tbsp. water, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, top rice with pulled pork mixture and garnish with crispy noodles.
