Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground pork, bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 16-18 minutes.

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

1 Prepare the Filling
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Evenly divide ground beef and peppers between both provided trays. Break beef into small pieces and spread into an even layer. Evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil and season with chile and cumin rub, za'atar seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt, dividing evenly between both trays. -
2 Bake Filling, Make Slaw, and Add Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 17-20 minutes.
While filling bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine slaw, dressing, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.Carefully remove trays from oven. Drain excess liquid from trays. Break beef into smaller pieces.Evenly divide tomatoes and sambal (to taste) between both trays and stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Finish Meal and Toast Flatbreads
Place flatbreads directly on oven rack. Bake filling uncovered and toast flatbreads in hot oven until filling is heated through and flatbreads are lightly browned, 6-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Trays and flatbreads will be hot! Use an oven mitt and a utensil.To serve, fill flatbread with filling, slaw mixture, and tzatziki. Bon appétit!
