Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground beef, follow same instructions.

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 30-35 minutes.

1 Prepare the Meatloaves
Combine ground pork, panko, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into four equally-sized meatloaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.
Place meatloaves in one provided tray. Top each meatloaf with 1 Tbsp. marinara (reserve remaining for pasta), then mozzarella and pepperoni. -
2 Prepare the Pasta
Combine pasta, peas, remaining marinara, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in second provided tray. Cover tray with foil.

3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays (meatloaves uncovered, pasta covered) in hot oven until pasta is heated through and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, garnish pasta with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
