Microwave Instructions
In provided tray, combine peppers and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until peppers are tender, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add spinach, pasta, cream cheese, marinara, pepperoni, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Top with half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish).Microwave again uncovered until pasta and pepperoni are heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir to combine.To serve, top with remaining shredded cheese. Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.
