Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Form Meatloaves and Prepare Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine panko, ground turkey, garlic pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves. Place meatloaves in one provided tray.Drain potatoes. In second provided tray, combine peppers, potatoes, corn, 2 tsp. olive oil, smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. -
Add the Sauce and Cheese
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce and pesto.Tear cheese slices into small pieces.Remove both trays from oven. Carefully drain excess liquid from trays. Top loaves evenly with sauce mixture. Top vegetables with cheese pieces. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. -
Bake the Meal
Bake both trays again uncovered in hot oven until sauce is heated through and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, slice meatloaves, if desired. Bon appétit!
