Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.
Pat chicken thighs dry and place in a mixing bowl. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor. Add mayonnaise, savory seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt to bowl with chicken. Stir thoroughly until combined. Add flour and toss until evenly coated. -
Cook the Chicken
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 4 Tbsp. olive oil. Let oil heat, 10 minutes.Working in batches if necessary, carefully add chicken to hot oil, shaking off any excess flour. Cook until golden-brown on two sides and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Transfer chicken to towel-lined plate and season with a pinch of salt.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
Cook the Corn
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add corn, white portions of green onions, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for mashed potatoes), and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Add butter and stir often until melted and combined, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner.While corn cooks, continue recipe. -
Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Dish
Place mashed potatoes, cream cheese, and remaining garlic salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir vigorously to combine. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir vigorously to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping mashed potatoes with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
