Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Shrimp
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Drain shrimp thoroughly. Pat dryIn a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and cornstarch. Toss or gently stir until shrimp is coated.Top shrimp with 1 tsp. olive oil, then add shrimp to provided tray. Top shrimp evenly with panko and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) and spray with cooking spray. -
Bake the Shrimp
Prick tomatoes with a fork. In second provided tray, combine tomatoes, peas, 1 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt, and cream cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. Cover tray with foil.
Place both trays in hot oven. Bake vegetables covered in hot oven until tomatoes start to soften, 8-10 minutes.Bake shrimp uncovered in hot oven until opaque and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-16 minutes. -
Bake the Pasta
Carefully remove both trays from oven. Tent shrimp with foil.
Add wine, 2 Tbsp. water, garlic, pasta, and 1/4 tsp. salt to tray with tomatoes. Stir to combine.Cover tray with foil. Bake again covered in hot oven until heated through, 6-10 minutes.Carefully remove pasta tray from oven. Stir to combine.To serve, top pasta with remaining shredded cheese and shrimp. Bon appétit!
