Surf and Turf, with a bit more. Our turf here is topped with a layer of nutty delicious Parmesan, atop a layer of feisty mustard. Our Surf? Succulent shrimp coated with jalapeño jelly and sweet tomato paste and, well, bacon. Fresh asparagus and potatoes tossed in herbaceous rosemary round out a meal that's Turf, that's Surf, and that's for sure outstanding.
