-
If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.
-
Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter potatoes. (If larger than a ping-pong ball, cut into six to eight wedges.)
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and top with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves), a pinch of pepper, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes. Spread into an even layer on one half of prepared baking sheet.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, remaining garlic salt, white portions of green onions, a pinch of pepper, ricotta, and panko.
Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place on empty side of baking sheet. -
Start Potatoes and Loaves and Prepare Green Beans
Roast in hot oven until potatoes start to soften and meatloaves have browned, 10-12 minutes.
Meatloaves will finish cooking in a later step. While loaves and potatoes roast, trim green beans, if necessary. -
Finish the Potatoes, Loaves, and Green Beans
After 10-12 minutes, carefully remove from oven. Push potatoes to one third of sheet and top evenly with half the grated cheese (reserve remaining for garnish). Sheet and potatoes will be hot! Use a utensil. Place green beans in center, between potatoes and meatloaves. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Roast again in hot oven until green beans are fork-tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Top green beans with half the softened butter (reserve remaining for sauce) and gently toss until melted and combined. -
Heat Sauce and Finish Dish
Add marinara and remaining softened butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until butter melts and sauce is heated through, 60-90 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, slicing meatloaf, if desired, and topping with sauce and remaining grated cheese. Garnish potatoes with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
