Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter potatoes. If larger than a ping-pong ball, cut into six to eight wedges.
Cut green beans into 1" pieces.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
2 Prepare the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine turkey, panko, white portions of green onions, 11/2 tsp. buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for crema), and 1/2 tsp. salt.
Form turkey mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. -
3 Roast the Meatloaves and Vegetables
Place meatloaves on one half of prepared baking sheet. Top evenly with cheese and bacon.
Add potatoes and green beans to empty side of baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Roast in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes, stirring vegetables halfway through.Carefully remove from oven.While meatloaves and vegetables roast, continue recipe. -
4 Make the Crema
In another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, crème fraîche, remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 1 Tbsp. water. Set aside.

5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatloaf with green portions of green onions and vegetables with crema. Bon appétit!
