Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground turkey, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

Start the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-wedged fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and top with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, fiesta seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into fries. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
Form the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, half the sour cream (reserve remaining for crema), and taco seasoning. Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.

Add the Meatloaves
After 20 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Flip fries and push to one side of sheet. Sheet and fries will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place meatloaves on now-empty side of sheet. -
Finish the Fries and Meatloaves
Roast in hot oven until fries are golden-brown and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While fries and meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
Prepare Tomatoes, Make Crema, and Finish Dish
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/2" dice. Season all over with a pinch of salt.
In another mixing bowl, combine remaining sour cream, a pinch of salt, and 1 Tbsp. water. Set aside.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatloaf with salsa (to taste). Garnish fries with cheese, crema, tomatoes, and guacamole. Bon appétit!
