Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim zucchini ends, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1/2” half-moons. Zucchini quantity may vary, but total weight will remain the same. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted.
Halve and peel onion. Cut halves into 1/4" dice. -
Form the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, 1/4 cup onion (remaining is yours to use as you please!), garlic salt, sour cream, half the pesto (reserve remaining for topping), and panko.
Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.Place meatloaves on one side of prepared baking sheet. -
Start the Broccoli and Meatloaves
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
Place broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper on empty half of sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into broccoli. Spread into an even layer on their side.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.Meatloaves will finish cooking in a later step.Carefully remove from oven. -
Top Meatloaves and Add Zucchini
Evenly top meatloaves with remaining pesto, then cheese. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add zucchini and a pinch of salt to broccoli and stir to combine. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. -
Roast Vegetables and Meatloaves and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter into vegetables until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
