Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter potatoes.
Coarsely chop spinach.Stem and mince dill.Halve puff pastry. Return to refrigerator until later use. -
Make the Spinach Topping
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until melted, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir until combined. Set aside. -
Prepare the Vegetables
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Trim discolored ends, if necessary.
On prepared baking sheet, combine broccoli, potatoes, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken), and 2 tsp. olive oil. Massage oil and seasoning into vegetables and push to one side of sheet. -
Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with remaining garlic salt and a pinch of pepper.
Remove puff pastry from refrigerator.Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly spread spinach topping over chicken, then top with puff pastry, pressing gently to adhere. -
Roast Meal and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender, puff pastry has browned, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven.Add dill to vegetables and stir until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing vegetables with feta. Bon appétit!
