Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Customize It Instructions

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut potatoes into 1" dice.
Cut broccoli into 1" bite-sized pieces.Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with 1/3 the garlic salt (reserve remaining for vegetables) and garlic and parsley seasoning. -
Start the Vegetables
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and top with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes. -
Add the Broccoli and Salmon
After 20 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.
Add broccoli, remaining garlic salt, and potato spice seasoning to sheet. Stir to combine and push vegetables to one side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Place salmon on now-empty side of sheet. -
Finish the Vegetables and Salmon
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 9-11 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While vegetables and salmon roast, continue recipe. -
Make Glaze and Finish Dish
Place maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 15-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir in softened butter, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt until combined. If needed, microwave again, 10-15 seconds.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salmon with glaze. Bon appétit!
