Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using chicken cutlets, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes per side. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Prepare Ingredients and Make Honey-Mustard
Cut all potatoes into 1" dice.
Stem and mince dill.In a mixing bowl, combine honey and mustard (to taste). Set aside.Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
Start the Potatoes
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and top with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, onion salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
Add the Salmon
Carefully remove from oven. Push potatoes to one side of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place salmon on now-empty side of sheet. -
Finish the Potatoes and Salmon
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 13-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and stir dill into potatoes. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While potatoes and salmon roast, continue recipe. -
Heat Corn and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine corn, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until heated through, 5-6 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir butter into corn until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salmon with honey mustard and garnishing potatoes with cheese. Bon appétit!
