Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut potatoes into 1/4" thick wedges. Pat dry.
Mince chives. -
Start the Potatoes
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in hot oven until starting to brown, 15-18 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Flip potatoes, then push to one side of sheet. Sheet and potatoes will be hot! Use a utensil. -
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and top with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine paprika, Dijon mustard, and honey. Set aside.Place chicken on now-empty side of sheet. Top chicken evenly with mustard mixture. Sheet will be hot! Use caution. -
Finish the Chicken and Potatoes
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are browned and tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter and chives into potatoes until melted and combined. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with brewpub mustard and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
