  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut potatoes into 1/4" thick wedges. Pat dry.

    Mince chives.

    Start the Potatoes

    Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer.

    Roast in hot oven until starting to brown, 15-18 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Flip potatoes, then push to one side of sheet. Sheet and potatoes will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Add the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry and top with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine paprika, Dijon mustard, and honey. Set aside.

    Place chicken on now-empty side of sheet. Top chicken evenly with mustard mixture. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.

    Finish the Chicken and Potatoes

    Roast in hot oven until potatoes are browned and tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-18 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter and chives into potatoes until melted and combined.

    Finish the Dish

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with brewpub mustard and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
