Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and cut sweet potato into 1" dice.
Trim green beans, if necessary.Coarsely crush croutons in shipping bag. -
Assemble the Sweet Potatoes
Place sweet potatoes on 1/3 of prepared baking sheet.
Top with 4 tsp. olive oil, seasoned salt, and brown sugar. Massage oil and seasonings into sweet potatoes and spread into an even layer on their side. -
Start the Vegetables
Place green beans in middle of baking sheet (leave 1/3 of sheet empty for salmon).
Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans and spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.While vegetables roast, continue recipe. -
Add the Salmon
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed croutons and cheese. Set aside.
Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.After 15 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.Place salmon on empty 1/3 sheet. Top evenly with creme fraiche, then crouton-cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Sheet will be hot! Use caution. -
Roast Meal and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 13-15 minutes.
Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir softened butter and pesto (to taste) into green beans until coated.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
