Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground turkey, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

    Start the Potatoes

    Cut potatoes into 1" dice.

    Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 1/2 tsp. salt. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes. Spread into a single layer.

    Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare Ingredients and Make Meatloaves

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    In a mixing bowl, combine cherry preserves and BBQ sauce.

    In another mixing bowl, combine panko and 4 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.

    After 1 minute, add ground beef, mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper to bowl with panko. Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.

    Add the Broccoli and Meatloaves

    After 10 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Stir potatoes and push to 1/3 of sheet.

    Place broccoli on now-empty side of baking sheet and add 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Push broccoli to middle 1/3 of baking sheet. Evenly top broccoli and potatoes with cheese. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Place meatloaves on now-empty 1/3 of sheet and top evenly with cherry BBQ sauce.

    Roast the Meal

    Roast in hot oven until potatoes have browned, broccoli is tender, and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While vegetables and meatloaves roast, continue recipe.

    Crisp Bacon and Finish Dish

    Line a microwave-safe plate with paper towel. Spread bacon on towel-lined plate.

    Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping potatoes and broccoli with crisped bacon and sour cream. Bon appétit!
