Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/2"- thick fries. Pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes, tossing once halfway through.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" rounds.
Line a plate with a paper towel. Evenly spread bacon on towel-lined plate. Microwave until crispy, 30-60 seconds. -
3 Finish Fries and Roast Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, poultry seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt.
After 20 minutes, carefully remove fries from oven. Push fries to one side of sheet. Fries will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken on now-empty side of baking sheet.Roast in hot oven until fries are golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While chicken and fries roast, continue recipe. -
4 Toast the Buns
Place buns, cut-side up, directly on oven rack.
Toast in hot oven until lightly browned and warmed through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
5 Finish the Dish
Carefully remove sheet from oven. Toss fries with everything bagel seasoning and a pinch of salt. Fries will be hot! Use a utensil.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with mayonnaise, crispy bacon, chicken, tomatoes, arugula, and top bun. Bon appétit!
