Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut potatoes into 1" pieces.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
Form the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 4 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, mayonnaise, and 1/2 tsp. salt.Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. -
Assemble the Vegetables and Meatloaves
Place potatoes, corn, white portions of green onions, 2 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. salt on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into vegetables and spread into an even layer on their side.
Place meatloaves on now-empty side of sheet. -
Roast the Vegetables and Meatloaves
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are golden-brown and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 28-32 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. -
Add Toppings and Finish Dish
Evenly top vegetables with cheese and meatloaves with BBQ sauce. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Roast again in hot oven until cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping vegetables with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
