Customize It Instructions

  • Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. If using chicken cutlets, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes per side. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Add protein to meal as desired.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Peel, trim, and halve carrot lengthwise. Slice into 1/4" half-moons.

    Stem and coarsely chop thyme.

    Mince garlic.

  2. 2

    Cook the Carrot

Place a large pot over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add garlic and stir occasionally until fragrant, 30-60 seconds.

  3. 3
