Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop broccoli.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate. -
Cook the Beef
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add white portions of green onions and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until softened, 30-60 seconds.
Add ground beef and Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse). Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. -
Add the Broccoli and Sauce
Add broccoli, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper to hot pan. Stir to combine.
Stir in orange ginger sesame sauce and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until broccoli is fork-tender, 4-6 minutes. -
Add the Noodles
Uncover and add noodles to hot pan. Stir occasionally until noodles are coated and heated through, 4-6 minutes.
Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with green portions of green onions and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
