Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Break up sausage until no pink remains and sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim zucchini ends, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1/2" dice.
Zucchini quantity may vary, but total weight will remain the same. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted.Halve lemon lengthwise. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.Core tomato and cut into 1/4" dice.Stem and mince dill. -
Cook the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry and season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add shrimp to hot pan and cook until pink and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Transfer shrimp to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean. -
Cook the Zucchini
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, zucchini, and a pinch of salt to hot pan used to cook shrimp. Stir occasionally until lightly browned and tender, 4-5 minutes.

Add the Tomatoes, Orzo, and Shrimp
Add tomatoes and orzo to hot pan and stir occasionally until tomatoes are tender, 3-4 minutes.
Add shrimp, dill, butter, and garlic salt. Stir occasionally until shrimp and orzo are heated through, 4-5 minutes.Remove from burner.While orzo cooks, continue recipe. -
Make Lemon Crema and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine creme fraiche, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, and a pinch of pepper. Stir until combined and smooth. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping orzo with lemon crema and cheese. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
