Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

Cook the Beef and Pepper
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" dice.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.Add 2 tsp. olive oil, ground beef, diced peppers, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and chimichurri seasoning to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. -
Add the Sauce and Pasta
Add chicken base, 1 cup water, and pasta to hot pan. Bring to a simmer.
While sauce comes to a simmer, continue recipe. -
Make the Tzatziki
Trim cucumber and grate into a mixing bowl.
Add sour cream and buttermilk-dill seasoning. Stir until combined. Set aside. -
Add Butter and Finish Dish
Once simmering, stir occasionally until sauce begins to thicken, 5-7 minutes.
Remove from burner.Add butter and stir occasionally until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with tzatziki and cheese. Bon appétit!
