Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Break up sausage until no pink remains and sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" dice.
Mince garlic.Pat shrimp dry. Season all over with garlic and parsley seasoning and a pinch of salt. -
Cook the Shrimp
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add shrimp to hot pan and cook until pink and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side. -
Add the Garlic
Add garlic to hot pan and stir occasionally until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.

Add the Sauce
Add cream base, butter, mozzarella, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Once simmering, stir pasta and tomatoes into hot pan until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
