Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Break up sausage until no pink remains and sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.
Coarsely chop spinach.Pat chicken dry. -
Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken, rotisserie chicken seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Transfer chicken to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
Make the Sauce
Add cream base, cream cheese, tomatoes, chicken base, and garlic salt to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Once simmering, stir pasta, spinach, and chicken and any accumulated juices into hot pan. Stir often until spinach is wilted and sauce is slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
