Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Mince garlic.Pat chicken dry and season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan and stir occasionally until chicken browns and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30-60 seconds.Transfer chicken mixture to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat. -
3 Cook the Broccoli
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, broccoli, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan.
Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 2-3 minutes.Uncover, and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Make Sauce and Add Pasta
Add cream base, Parmesan, mirepoix base, softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup water, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir to combine.
Add pasta and chicken and any accumulated juices. Stir until thoroughly combined and heated through, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
