- 1 Large Non-Stick Pan
- 1 Microwave
Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop mangoes. If mangoes are frozen, rinse under cold water until thawed.
Halve lime and juice.Trim and thinly slice green onions.Pat shrimp dry. -
Cook the Shrimp
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add shrimp, taco seasoning, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until shrimp are pink and reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While shrimp cook, continue recipe. -
Make the Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine mangoes, slaw mix, 1 Tbsp. lime juice, green onions, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Set aside.

Heat the Tortillas
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel. If tortillas come folded, keep folded.
Microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds. Carefully remove from microwave. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling tortillas with shrimp, slaw, guacamole, and cheese. Bon appétit!
