If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, bake uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 28-32 minutes.

Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine green beans, pepper and onion mix, 2 tsp. olive oil, half the fajita seasoning (reserve remaining for meatloaves), and half the onion salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves). Spread into an even layer.Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 18 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chipotle crema, remaining fajita seasoning, remaining onion salt, 1/3 the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for sauce), panko, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Form turkey mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.After 18 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Transfer loaves to now-empty side of tray. -
Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine remaining shredded cheese, cream cheese, and 2 Tbsp. water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover bowl with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until sauce is melted and smooth, 30-60 seconds, stirring in 15 second intervals.If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Carefully remove tray from oven and sauce from microwave.To serve, top meatloaf with sauce and tortilla strips.
