Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start the Mashed Potatoes
Place mashed potatoes in provided tray. Vigorously stir to combine and spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 5-7 minutes.While potatoes bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Chicken
Finely crush pretzels in shipping bag.
Pat chicken dry.After 5-7 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and vigorously stir potatoes to combine. Push potatoes to one side of tray and top with butter. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Top evenly with 2 tsp. mustard (reserve remaining for garnish). Top with crushed pretzels, pressing gently to adhere. Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir mashed potatoes to combine.To serve, top chicken with remaining mustard (using a clean utensil). Bon appétit!
