Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

Start Potatoes and Form Patties
Cut potatoes into 1" dice. Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.While potatoes microwave, in a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. salt.Form turkey mixture into four equally-sized patties, about 5" across. -
Finish the Potatoes
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add potatoes, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan.Stir occasionally until browned, 8-10 minutes.Remove from burner.While potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
Toast the Buns
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add butter to hot pan and stir occasionally until melted, 30-60 seconds.Working in batches if needed, add buns, cut-side down. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.Transfer buns to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
Cook Patties and Finish Dish
Add 2 tsp. olive oil and patties to hot pan. Cook until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
Evenly top patties with marinara, then mozzarella. Cover until cheese is melted and sauce is heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty and top bun. Garnish potatoes with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
