Salty miso and sweet honey combine to give this pork a one-two punch of awesome, followed by some sensational sesame snow peas. Alliterative and delicious. Tip: Best way to remove ribs and seeds from a red bell pepper? Cut off top and bottom of pepper, then either carefully cut or tear out the seed portion.

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using steak or chicken breasts, follow same instructions as pork chops in Step 1 and Step 2, cooking until protein reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut red bell pepper into 1/2" strips.
Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and spice rub. -
Cook the Pork Chops
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Place pork chops in hot pan and cook until golden brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove from burner.While pork cooks, cook vegetables. -
Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add snow peas, red bell pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender but still crisp, 5-6 minutes.
Remove from burner and stir in sesame seeds. -
Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and Sriracha (to taste) until miso is dissolved.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork with miso-honey sauce. Garnish vegetables with wonton strips. Bon appétit!
