Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Roast the Fries
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/4"-thick fries.
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick fries. Pat dry.Place carrots and potatoes on prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Top evenly with truffle salt and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until golden-brown and tender, 30-35 minutes, tossing once halfway through.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Patties
Form ground beef, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for topping), and a pinch of salt and pepper into four equally-sized patties.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side, topping with cheese and covering pan after flipping.Remove from burner. Transfer patties to a plate and tent with foil. Wipe pan clean and reserve. -
3 Make the Topping
Return pan used to cook patties to medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add mushrooms and remaining garlic salt to hot pan. Stir often until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes.Stir in cream cheese and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, remove from burner. If too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner. -
4 Toast Buns and Finish Dish
Place buns directly on oven rack in hot oven, cut-sides down.
Toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty, topping, and top bun. Bon appétit!
