If using flank steak, follow same instructions as steak strips

If using shrimp, pat dry. Follow same instructions as steak strips in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 15-20 minutes.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Follow same instructions as steak strips in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 18-22 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry.Mix pepper and onion mix, steak strips, and seasoned salt in provided tray until completely combined. -
Bake Dish and Heat Flatbreads
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pepper and onion mix is tender , no pink remains on steak strips, and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
When meal has five minutes left to bake, place flatbreads directly on oven rack and bake in hot oven until warm and pliable, 2-3 minutes. -
Finish the Dish
Carefully remove tray and flatbreads from oven. Rest, 3 minutes. Place steak strips and vegetables in flatbreads and top with cheese and tzatziki. Bon appétit!
