Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into 1” pieces. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.

If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary, and break up into smaller pieces. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.

If using Beyond Sausage, crumble into bite-sized pieces. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 23-25 minutes. Vegetarian sausage will not brown.

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine couscous, zucchini, marinara, seasoning blend, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. -
Add the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry. Gently stir shrimp into couscous.

Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 23-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in garlic and herb butter until combined. Top with lemon jucie and feta (crumbling with your hands if needed). Bon appétit!
