Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Start the Vegetables
Combine zucchini, bell peppers, garlic salt, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes. -
Add Chicken and Bake Meal
Carefully remove tray from oven and push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat chicken dry and place in now-empty side of tray. Top chicken evenly with sun dried tomato pesto.Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. -
Add Cheese and Finish Meal
While meal bakes, crush crackers. Combine Parmesan and crackers in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
After 20-25 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Top chicken with mozzarella and top vegetables with cracker-Parmesan mixture. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until mozzarella is melted, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.To serve, top chicken with basil pesto. Bon appétit!
