If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

Start Potatoes and Prepare Steaks
Cut potatoes into 1" pieces.
Place potatoes and 1 Tbsp. water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until slightly tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and drain any excess liquid.While potatoes microwave, pat steaks dry and season both sides with steak seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
Cook the Steaks
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Transfer steaks to a plate and cover with foil. Rest, 3 minutes.While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
Finish the Potatoes
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Transfer microwaved potatoes to hot pan. Wipe bowl clean and reserve.
Stir potatoes often until lightly browned and tender, 6-8 minutes.Add peas, half the softened butter (reserve remaining for garnish), garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir occasionally until butter is melted and peas are heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
Make Maple Bacon and Dijon Butter and Finish Dish
Line reserved microwave-safe bowl with a paper towel.
Place bacon in towel-lined bowl and microwave until crispy, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and remove paper towel. Stir in maple syrup until combined. Set aside.In a mixing bowl, combine Dijon (to taste) and remaining softened butter. Set aside.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with maple bacon and Dijon butter. Bon appétit!
