If using chicken cutlet, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes per side. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

Cook the Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with pot roast seasoning.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add pork chops to hot pan and cook until golden-brown and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Apple
Peel apple, quarter, and remove core. Cut into 1/2" dice.

Make the Potatoes
Add mashed potatoes and garlic salt to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.
Microwave until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) and sour cream. Stir vigorously to combine. Set aside.While potatoes heat, continue recipe. -
Make Apple Topping and Finish Dish
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add apples and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until apples are slightly tender, 2-3 minutes.
Add maple syrup and 2 Tbsp. water. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Stir in butter until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with apple topping and garnishing mashed potatoes with remaining cheese.
