Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for pasta) and a pinch of pepper.
On a plate, combine panko and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish). Spread into an even layer. Place chicken onto panko-cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere to one side.Transfer chicken, panko-cheese-side up, to one provided tray. Spray with cooking spray. -
Prepare the Pasta
Halve lemon lengthwise. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.
Tear spinach.Tear parsley.In second provided tray, combine cream cheese, pasta, butter, spinach, parsley, 1/4 cup water, remaining garlic salt, and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Cream cheese and butter will melt as meal bakes.Cover tray with foil. -
Bake the Meal
Bake chicken tray uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Bake pasta tray covered in hot oven until spinach wilts and pasta is heated through, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Stir pasta until combined.To serve, slice chicken, if desired. Top pasta with remaining cheese and squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
