Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Tear spinach.
In one provided tray, combine cream cheese, spinach, peas, and 1/4 cup water. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. Cover tray with foil.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for pasta) and a pinch of pepper.Place chicken in second provided tray.Bake both trays (chicken uncovered, spinach covered) in hot oven, 8 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Stir spinach mixture to combine. -
Top Chicken and Add Pasta
Zest and halve lemon. Juice halves.
Drain excess liquid from chicken tray. Top chicken evenly with panko and 1/3 the Parmesan (reserve remaining for pasta and garnish). Generously spray with cooking spray.Add pasta, butter, 1 tsp. lemon zest, remaining garlic salt, 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, and 1/3 the remaining Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) to spinach tray. Stir to combine. Cover tray with foil. -
Bake the Meal
Bake both trays (chicken uncovered, pasta covered) in hot oven until pasta is heated through and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-14 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, slice chicken, if desired. Top pasta with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
