Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Start the Shrimp
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Pat shrimp dry.Place shrimp in prepared tray and top with lemon n herb seasoning and 1 tsp. olive oil. Massage oil and seasoning into shrimp and spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. -
Add the Pasta and Sauce
Add pasta, cream base, garlic pepper, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), Asiago, minced garlic and lemon basil, half the lemon juice (reserve remaining for post-bake), a pinch of salt, and peas. Stir until coated and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Cover tray with foil. -
Bake the Meal
Bake covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and stir in remaining lemon juice until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.To serve, top pasta with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
