Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Start the Pasta
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Spray provided trays with cooking spray.
Evenly divide pasta, marinara, Bolognese, and onion salt between both provided trays. Top trays with spinach in an even layer. Cover trays with foil.Bake both trays covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted and pasta is heated through, 15-20 minutes. -
Add the Cheese
Carefully remove trays from oven. Uncover and stir until spinach is combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.
Top both trays evenly with ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella. -
Bake the Meal
Bake both trays again uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted, 6-8 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven.To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
