Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter potatoes.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.While potatoes microwave, hold romaine heart at root end and thinly slice. -
Form the Patties
Form ground beef into four equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season both sides with seasoned salt.

Toast Rolls and Cook Patties
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Spray cut-sides of each roll with cooking spray.
Add rolls, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.Transfer rolls to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat.Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Top patties with cheese and let melt, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While rolls toast and patties cook, continue recipe. -
Cook Potatoes and Finish Dish
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 4 tsp. olive oil.
Add microwaved potatoes to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 8-10 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with patty, pickles, romaine, dressing, then top roll. Bon appétit!
