Cooking Guidelines

Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with seasoning blend.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan, and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Remove chicken to a plate and tent with foil. -
Assemble Salad and Finish Dish
Quarter apple and remove core. Thinly slice.
Halve lemon and juice.In a mixing bowl, combine garlic aioli, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, and 2 Tbsp. water.Cut chicken into 1/2" slices.Toss or gently stir salad blend, apple, *walnuts, chicken, and dressing.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
