  1. 1

    Cook the Broccoli

Trim discolored ends off broccoli, if necessary.

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.

Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.

Remove from burner. Transfer broccoli to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

Return pan used to cook broccoli to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add ground beef to hot pan and stir occasionally until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

Remove from burner. Drain excess grease from pan.

Return pan to medium heat. Stir in BBQ sauce (to taste) and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.

    Once simmering, remove from burner.

    While beef cooks, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Heat the Rice

Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.

Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.

Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.

    Fluff rice with a fork.

  4. 4

    Add Broccoli and Finish Dish

Add broccoli to pan with beef and stir to combine.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with beef mixture and garnishing with wontons. Bon appétit!
